Part Three: Core Operational Principles
- No to Armed Rebellion: The Party shall not form, participate in, or support any armed rebellion against any government, either inside or outside the Republic of South Sudan, directly or indirectly.
- No to Military Coups: The Party shall not organize, participate in, or support any military coup against any government, either inside or outside the Republic of South Sudan, directly or indirectly.
- No to Violence: The Party shall not organize, participate in, or support any violent activities, including violent demonstrations, against governments, opposition groups, civilians, or any other group, inside or outside the Republic of South Sudan, directly or indirectly.
- No to a Military Wing: The Party shall not form a military wing.
- No to Discrimination: The Party rejects all forms of tribalism, racism, nepotism, segregation, and any other negative and destructive discrimination among members or from members toward others, regardless of nationality.
- Respect for Party Authority: The Party’s constitution, laws, leaders, and officials must be respected and obeyed by all members.
- Respect for Religions: Religious beliefs and institutions must be highly respected by all members, both as individuals and through the Party as an institution.
