The party shall provide the following services to members and non-members alike, using modern methods such as seminars, workshops, conferences, exhibitions, debates, forums, and campaigns:
- Education and Training: Short courses on politics, democracy, and good governance.
- Public Awareness: awareness-raising programs in all sectors.
- Peace building: Effective conflict resolution, reconciliation, and peace building programs among South Sudanese individuals, families, groups, communities, and institutions.
- General Welfare: Provision of social, cultural, educational, healthcare, sports, relief, developmental, entertainment, and humanitarian services, delivered directly by the Party or through partners.
- Others.
